Crime Victim's Service Center offered by Lutheran Community Services Northwest at Vancouver Office
The Crime Victim Advocacy Program (CVAP) works to support individuals and communities who have been victims of general crimes. Services include helping individuals navigate the court system, guidance on how to fill out court documents, safety planning, community education, and support to secondary victims/survivors. Crime victim advocates support those who have been victims of a crime ranging from arson, cyber crimes, burglary, robbery, assault, child abuse, elder abuse, fraud, identity theft, kidnapping, missing persons, hate and bias crimes, gang violence, human trafficking, drunk/drugged driving, attempted homicide, and the survivors of homicide victims.

Call for information. Domestic violence and sexual abuse survivors will be referred to resources that primarily focus on those cases.
