All Girl Everything Ultimate Program (AGE UP) is a Seattle-wide leadership program that brings together middle school and high school aged youth with world-class athletes. We are all about community building, adult and youth partnerships, peer leadership, collective learning, social justice, and lots of Ultimate Frisbee. We use the positive influence of sports to create a space where youth and adults of all different backgrounds are comfortable sharing, learning and having fun!
