The Pierce County Skill center is a career and technical education center. Serves junior and seniors from 10 different school districts. Emphasis is placed on hands-on learning. Provides over 14 industry specific programs for career and technical training with a variety of industry certification and licenses available. Areas of instruction include: - Aerospace Manufacturing - Construction Trades - Cosmetology - Culinary Arts - Video Game Development - IT & Cybersecurity and more.

Eligibility

Must be in 11th or 12th grade from one of the following school districts: - Bethel, - Eatonville, - Fife, - Franklin Pierce, - Orting, - Steilacoom, - Sumner, - Tacoma, - University Place, and - White River.
