SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) offered by Issaquah Senior Center

Teaches fall prevention through SAIL, a strength, balance and fitness program for older adults. Classes consist of a warm up, light aerobics, strength and balance training and cool down. All exercises can be done seated or standing.
