Provides information, education and support regarding Alzheimer's disease and related dementias to callers.   Referrals and connections are made to social, legal and health care resources. Offers general information about legal, financial and care decisions, as well as treatment options. Care Consultation available to provide guidance and assist in identifying action steps.

Provides 24-hour education and support services for those affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Provides dementia-specific disease support groups for family members and care partners, and for those in the early stages of the disease process. Conducts comprehensive, individualized needs assessments, assists in care plan development and provides on-going follow-ups for people with dementia and their caregivers. Offers educational workshops, conferences and forums. Also offers specialized programs for those in the early stages of the disease process.
