Parent Child + offered by Neighborhood House
Offers a home-based school readiness, early literacy and parenting program for low-income families of children, ages 16-48 months. Activities focus on supporting parent-child relationships and learning through play. Families are enrolled in the program for two years and receive a home visit twice per week.

Eligibility
Low-income families with children ages 16-48 months. Family is homeless or child is in foster care. Family is receiving SNAP, or TANF, or SSI. Income must be at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. Families with the highest need are prioritized first. Must live in/around: Yesler Terrace (Central Seattle), High Point (West Seattle), New Holly (South Seattle), Rainier Vista (South Seattle), Tukwila, SeaTac
