Substance Use Health and Addiction Medicine Program

Provides integrated addiction medicine services and support for adults. Provides buprenorphine and naltrexone medication in an office based medical clinic setting. Care managers help clients connect to physical and mental health services as well as provide connection to chemical dependency supports.

Application process

Call for initial phone interview to schedule intake and assessment.    Office visit with medication induction typically occurs within 1-14 days of in-person assessment.

Fee

Assessments and continuing services are charged to insurance. Accepts Washington Apple Health (Medicaid).

Eligibility

Anyone struggling with addiction. Counseling is not required to receive medications. Primary care is not required. Poly-substance users are welcome.
