Operates a confidential peer support help line where calls are answered by specially-trained volunteers who understand what it's like to live with mental illness. Volunteers use the principles of recovery and empowerment to provide emotional support, comfort and information to callers living with the challenge of mental illness. Helps with issues such as - Anxiety - Loneliness - Depression - Problems with Family or Friends - Other Emotional or Mental Health Challenges

Crisis Connections
Provides crisis intervention as well as information and referral over the phone and via chat. Services include the 24-Hour Crisis Line, Teen Link Help Line, Washington Recovery Help Line, Washington Warm Line and King County 211. Provides support groups for friends and family members of those who have completed suicide. King County 2-1-1 provides additional support to caregivers, mails brochures with information on resources for individuals exiting prison, and updates the Community Resources Online database.
