Adult Substance Use Disorder Services offered at Valley Cities in HealthPoint Midway
Provides substance use disorder assessments, including DUI assessments, and outpatient as well as intensive outpatient programs with individualized treatment and recovery support. Treatment programs include group and individual counseling, case management, court and probation communication (when needed). Provides medication assisted treatment for clients with opiate use disorder. Supports the efforts of individuals with an opioid disorder to abstain from or reduce their use of opioids with wraparound services, substance use treatment and a focus on clients with co-occurring disorders. Support Works with clients to develop goals in various areas such as developing a positive recovery environment, taking care of medical dental and nutritional issues, managing legal issues, dealing with cravings and more. Once client has completed treatment and is in recovery, provides monthly support to assist with relapse prevention, skills development and continued counseling

Eligibility
Treats people with substance use disorder diagnosis and with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Must be ages 18 or older, Medicaid eligible, or fall into one or more of the following populations or exceptions: - Pregnant - Suspects, or has been diagnosed with, an opioid addiction and use IV needles - Veterans Serves both individuals who are court ordered and those that have made the decision on their own or with their family to seek treatment.
