Provides public library services at multiple locations throughout North Central WA, including the volunteer-based Oases of Literacy project, which promotes literacy and provides learning opportunities for Spanish speakers who are just beginning to learn English. Includes materials in Russian and Spanish.

Full access library cards are issued in person and applications are available at all of our libraries.
Fee
Library cards are free for residents of Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, or Okanogan counties.
Eligibility
A library card is free for anyone who lives or owns property in Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, or Okanogan counties (residents outside of our service area or in non-contracting communities are eligible for a fee card). Adults18 and older must provide identification with a current address (alternate proof of residence, such as a postmarked letter, will also be accepted). Minors under the age of 18 may receive a card without providing ID. Parents/Guardians may fill out an application for their minor children regardless of age. Call for more information.
