Responds to complaints regarding air quality. Enforces federal, state and local air quality laws and regulations. Complaints usually involve one or more of the following: - Asbestos - Business - visible emissions - Dust nuisance - Gasoline station nozzle leak - Odor nuisance - Residential chimney smoke Call the fire department about an outdoor burning complaint.

Complaints may be filed online, by phone or by mail. Online filing is preferred. If complaint includes contact information, that information becomes public record. Does not respond to anonymous complaints for wood smoke, dust or odor complaints.
