OCCAC has multiple programs for rental assistance and eviction prevention. Examples of assistance (for those who qualify) may include eviction prevention, rent arrearages, first month rent, deposit, and possibly 3 months in advance for people in Okanogan County who are at or below 80% area median income. Eligibility
For the eviction prevention, clients must provide eviction notice. For first month rent or deposit, must provide proof of lease. Must meet income guidelines and be an Okanogan County resident. Must be at or below 80% area medium income. Call for more information.
