Provides services to find permanent homes for youth, ages 11 through 18, in the custody of Washington state through the foster care system.   Also recruits, trains and supports foster parents.

Eligibility

Youth, ages 11-18, who are or have been a dependent of the state of Washington. Also families that are involved with children must be able to live in a family and have the ability to be self-sufficient as adults.
