Provides financial assistance through loans of up to $40,000 to qualified low-income homeowners for basic home repairs. Priorities of the rehabilitation program are to address: - Exterior repairs. - Roof repair/replacement. - Gutters. - Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical repairs to existing systems. - Reconstruction or replacement of structural components. - Septic repair/replacement. - Roll-in showers and grab bars. - Ramps.

Eligibility

Must own and occupy a single-family unit. The home must be site-built or a mobile home with the title eliminated. Mobile homes on leased land do not qualify. Household must earn 60% or less of the area median income.
