Provides breastfeeding support, health screenings, food assistance, nutrition education, and referrals to additional resources to low-income pregnant women and women of young children. Distributes monthly checks for healthy food like milk, cereal, fruits, vegetables, formula and baby food. Also offers breastfeeding support, health screenings and nutrition education to help families making healthy meals on a budget.

Women must have recently delivered a baby, be pregnant, or breastfeeding. Infants and children under age 5. Household income must be at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level
