Serves as the primary food distributor to 75+ food pantries, meal sites, and shelters in Pierce County. Provides Pierce County with a consistent, diverse, and nutritious food supply so that no person goes hungry, distributes more than 13 million pounds of food each year from their Distribution Center in Lakewood and 8-acre farm in the Puyallup Valley. Provides information on all of the meal sites and food pantries that receive food from Emergency Food Network.

Organizations that receive food must be non-profit 501c3's. Any person in need of food can call Emergency Food Network for information on food sites.

Emergency Food Network's mission is "to provide Pierce County with a consistent, diverse and nutritious food supply so that no person goes hungry". EFN provides 75+ food pantries, meal sites, and shelters with more than one million pounds of food each month, at no cost to them, for distribution to families and individuals in need. EFN also operates an 8-acre organic farm located in the beautiful Puyallup Valley. The farm distributes more than 50,000 pounds of fresh fruit, vegetables, and herbs annually to Pierce County food pantries and meal sites.
