Spay and Neuter Services offered at Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon
Provides spay and neuter services for feral and outdoor stray cats. Services also include vaccines, treatment for fleas, ear mites, and other minor medical conditions. The agency practices the Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) process for caregivers who feed feral cats and trap them in humane traps, then take them to a spay/neuter program, and after recovery, the cats are returned to the area where they are being fed. Traps are available on loan.
