Eligibility
Participants may qualify if: - they have collecting or have collected unemployment benefits in the past four years OR - they are receiving Basic Food or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) OR - they are unemployed or underemployed after having been dependent on another family member's income, but no longer supported by that income due to separation, divorce, death, or permanent disability of the main wage-earner OR - they are formerly self-employed and currently unemployed due to general economic conditions OR - they are a worker at risk of unemployment without upgrading skills OR - Unemployed veteran discharged within the past four years or active-duty military with separation notice OR - they meet the low-income guideline OR.
