Red Cross disaster services focus on meeting people's immediate emergency disaster-caused needs. When a disaster threatens or strikes, the Red Cross provides shelter, food, health and mental health services to address basic human needs.

If households are in immediate need of assistance (i.e. home has been flooded and they need assistance with lodging or cleanup), call the toll-free number. For more general requests or for collecting general information, call the local office number.
