Also offers mental health counseling, diabetes and hypertension specific care, and nutrition education. Refers all laboratory diagnostics through Kittitas Valley Hospital or Yakima Regional Hospital, in which case a financial assistance application is available. Also provides limited dental referrals (emergencies) to a local dentist for patients whose dental problem is affecting general health.
