Provides phone consultations to discuss topics related to a child's IEP or 504 plan including qualifying for services, access to services, discipline of students with IEP or 504 plan, failure to provide interpreters or translations, or discrimination.

Clients should be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Cannot assist clients already represented by an attorney for this issue.

Provides free legal advice and representation to low-income residents of Washington state. Specializes in housing, family, health, public benefits, consumer and education law. Family law cases are limited to those involving domestic violence or child abuse.
