Fees vary with services provided.  Accepts major private insurance, WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and Medicare.  Offers sliding scale fees based on family size and income available for low-income clients; no one is turned away for general services due to inability to pay.

International Community Health Services

Manages four clinics that offer affordable primary medical and dental care, two clinics located in Seattle - at the International District and Holly Park, and one in Bellevue and Shoreline. Staff is multi-lingual in more than 50 languages and dialects. Provides immunizations, family planning, prenatal care, well-child checkups, sports physicals, behavioral health services, nutrition services, and STD testing and treatment. Operates the Chinese Traditional Medicine Clinic, which uses acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine and acupressure to treat and prevent diseases. Also operates a vision clinic, which offers complete eye exam services for adults and children, including prescriptions for glasses and referrals for specialty care. In addition, Operates a Mobile Dental Clinic, traveling to different Seattle Public Schools to provide dental services to students. Also operates two school-based health centers to provide on-site primary care and behavioral health services to students. Assists students and their families in finding health insurance, community-based health and wellness services, and other community resources.
