Helps members locate health care providers and pharmacies in their area that are covered by their managed care plan. Helps members change their primary care provider within the Molina network. Explains what services are covered under a member's plan. Explains what prescriptions are covered under a member's plan. Offers information about managing chronic conditions, care coordination, case management and education services. Helps members file a grievance or an appeal if they are unhappy with a service or decision. Replaces a lost or stolen insurance card.

Eligibility
Members of a Molina managed care plan. Washington state residents who are at or below 138% of the Federal Poverty Level may be eligible for this plan if they are not eligible for Medicare. Children in households of income under 300% of the Federal Poverty Level may also be eligible.
