Provides free electronic income tax preparation assistance for seniors, disabled adults, and low to moderate income individuals in the Tri-Cites and Burbank (Walla Walla County) beginning February 1 through April 15, 2024. Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms or have known recent COVID-19 exposure. SPANISH assistance only available at Pasco or Burbank locations. Application process
Call for an appointment. Taxpayers should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete the Intake/Interview questionnaire. Initial appointment will include completing questionnaire, meeting with tax counselor, and scanning of all tax documents. Actual tax preparation will be conducted after the initial appointment. Taxpayers will be given a 2nd appointment date/time to return to site to review and sign tax return.
