Provides a service utilizing volunteers to make regular contact with participants by phone. Volunteers are connected with seniors who have signed up for the program and call to check on them at a mutually agreed upon time and frequency. If unable to make contact after three attempts and the emergency contact cannot be reached, law enforcement is dispatched to perform a welfare check.
