Helps bridge the education gap for historically underserved and underrepresented students.   Staff guide and direct students to ensure access and retention, as well as academic and social success. Students may receive the following: -  Mentorship assistance with transitioning to college -  Help applying for financial aid -  Participation in the textbook loan program -  Peer help with schoolwork -  Information about diversity events and activities
