Fee
Non-resident fees are $80/year per household under 65 years, $40/year per 65+ household. Fees pro-rated per quarter.
Eligibility
In-library programs are open to all. Borrower Cards are issued without cost to: - Residents within the incorporated city limits of Mount Vernon - Individuals showing evidence of paying property tax to the City of Mount Vernon - Individuals holding an Annual Business License from the City of Mount Vernon - Certified teachers working in Mount Vernon City limits Library card not required for computer use.
