Provides skilled nursing, long-term care and domiciliary care to honorably discharged veterans. If space is available, veterans' spouses and widow/ers may also reside in the facility. Gold Star parents may also be eligible.

Eligibility
Must have served at any time, in any branch, of the United States Armed Forces, including the National Guard and have been honorably discharged. Must be a Washington State resident or be the spouse, or widow of an eligible veteran, or a Gold Star parent.
Fee
Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay, some HMO's and Service-Connected Disability Rating. Call for more information.
