Family Caregiver Support Program Case Management offered at Area Agency on Aging and Disabilities of Southwest Washington
Case management and support services to unpaid family and other unpaid caregivers who provide regular care for a functionally disabled adult. These services allows for at-home care to continue, while family caregivers are provided with respite opportunities.

Eligibility
Unpaid caregivers who receive no form of compensation for care; caregiver and client must be age 18 and older. Caregiver must either live with care receiver or provide 40 hours or more of care per week.
