Licensed home health agency and pediatric group home provides residential and transitional care with 24-hour skilled nursing. Occupational therapy, Physical therapy and schooling needs are met relative to each child's individual treatment plan. Hospice care is also available. Does not provide home health care outside of facility.

Eligibility
Children, ages birth through 18, with complex medical needs and who are medically fragile, severely and multiply handicapped, or who are terminally ill. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Fee
Varies. Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private insurance, DSHS Developmental Disabilities Administration funding and private pay.
