Emergency Food Boxes offered at Neighbors Helping Neighbors
Provides commodities and emergency food boxes containing a 3-day supply of food once per month per household. Recipients may receive a variety of vegetables, fruit, pasta, and protein. Households can get bread and produce every day the pantry is open (usually includes rice, beans, oats, and pasta). Offers information and referrals to other community resources. Clothing, small appliances, and dishes are sometimes available, depending on donations received. Accepts donations of clothing and small household and kitchen items. No pickup service is available. Cannot accept donations of furniture or large appliances. Volunteer opportunities are available.
