Homeownership Class and Homeownership Assistance offered at Tacoma Urban League
Provides direct service programs and resources to individuals and families who seek knowledge, understanding and access to pertinent financial education that result in obtaining home ownership. Includes credit counseling and information. Occurs the 2nd Saturday and Sunday of every month. Homeownership Counseling & Assistance Supports and works with clients, in the South Sound Region, during hardships that could jeopardize home ownership. Processes home foreclosures, loan modifications and mediations. Call during normal office hours to schedule an appointment.

Eligibility
Homeownership Class: First time homebuyers and individuals who would like to purchase a home. Homeowner Assistance: Must be a homeowner to receive mortgage assistance, foreclosing assistance, home loan modification, and mediation services.
