May be able to assist individuals experiencing the following problems with debt collection: - Collectors are going after debts they do not owe, have already paid off, or for the wrong amount - Excessive calls, early in the morning, late at night, at work, on their cell, calling relatives or boss - Abusive language, threats of jail, false statements, other shady behavior - Being sued because of debt, but the collector who is suing is not playing by the rules
