Medical Financial Assistance Program offered at Kaiser Permanente Health Care
Program offers temporary financial assistance and charity care to low-income, uninsured, and under-served patients of Kaiser Permanente providers. Program also provides financial counseling for outstanding Kaiser Permanente medical and pharmacy bills if patient is unemployed or without other significant income.

Eligibility
Patients of Kaiser Permanente Medical Group who have an outstanding balance with Kaiser Permanente and an annual gross household income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level. Must have exhausted all other financial assistance and insurance options.
