Meal Replacement - Seniors offered at Skagit County Public Health Department

Offers a Liquid Meal Replacement program for seniors who cannot eat properly due to illness or disability, or who are underweight. The product provided is a nutrient-dense food that meets one-third of the recommended daily nutritional allowances (RDA) in one 250 ml can.  A case of 24 cans is available to seniors through their local senior center.  Suggested donation is $25.00 per case of 2.
