The Information and Assistance program is a way to connect older adults and/or their families and friends to health and human services needs, as well as provide general information. Certified Information Specialists maintain a comprehensive database of local, state, and federal resources. Specialists are trained to establish certain program eligibility and assist or refer to other agencies based on individual need.

Olympic Area Agency on Aging - Grays Harbor
Olympic Area Agency on Aging, (O3A), provides a network of in-home and community services, supports, programs and assistance to older adults and adults with disabilities in Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson and Pacific Counties. O3A'S multidimensional approach includes both direct and contracted service delivery; community outreach with disease prevention and health promotion; and strategies to increase access to medical, health care, and supportive services. O3A can help explore options, answer questions, and link to services.
