Program components include: - Physical rehabilitation - Health services - Cognitive skill building - Psychosocial skills building Activities may include: - Music - Strength, endurance, range of motion, and motor skills groups - Chronic Disease Self Management - S. Eligibility
Clients ages 18-59 must have an acquired brain injury and wish to be actively involved in programming choices. Program focuses on serving individuals who desire to enrich their daily life using current and developed skills and who meet DSHS criteria for adult day health or are eligible for funding through Respite, Dementia Day, VA or ACL.
