Eviction Prevention Program offered at Partners in Prevention Education - PiPE

Providing eviction prevention to income eligible households in Thurston County who are willing to meet program requirements. This program serves adults aged 25 and older who do not have minor children in the home. Those with children should contact Family Supoort Services of South Sound. Adults without children and under the age of 25 should connect with Community Youth Services. Applicants must also work with a case manager to complete a screening form for prioritizing households at highest risk of homelessness, and to participate in housing stability planning.

Eligibility

Thuston county household without minor children who: - are beind in rent AND - are at risk of homelessness AND - at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). Income limits: - household of 1 is at or below $56,500 per year - household of 2 is at or below $64,600 per year - household of 3 is at or below $72,650 per year - household of 4 is at or below $80,700 per year - household of 5 is at or below $87,200 per year.
