Lions Patient Care Grants Program offered at Northwest Lions Foundation
Assists individuals with visual or hearing impairments by providing financial assistance for assistive technology or medical procedures through Patient Care Grants. Grants are offered in a partnership with the Northwest Lions Foundation and local Lions Clubs. Support from the Patient Care Program goes to cover everything from a prosthetic eye to cataract surgery to Braille readers. Does not provide eyeglasses or eye exams.

Low-income individuals with visual or hearing impairments. Must be 18 years or older. Must be at or below 133% of the Federal Poverty Level.
