Capacity Update: Immediate Openings. Provides suboxone medication, as well as pain management services, in an office based medical clinic setting.   Induction typically occurs 1-4 weeks after initial phone contact.  Counseling is not required to receive MAT services.   Primary care services are offered, but not required to receive MAT services.  Pregnant women and youth, ages 13-18, are accepted on a case by case basis.  Poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis.  Clinic also focuses on treating chronic pain management for clients.
