Offer supportive services to unpaid adult caregivers. Caregiver support services may include:   -  Individualized comprehensive needs assessments and develop care plans -  In-home or office visits within King county -  Referrals to support groups, counseling and other resources -  Advice on the use of supplies and equipment -  Limited respite for the caregiver

Eligibility

Unpaid adult caregivers, ages 18 and older, caring for someone age 60 and older or an adult age 18 or older with a disability. Must not be in a crisis situation that warrants a crisis referral. Focuses on serving Asian Pacific Islander, Eastern European, East African, Latinx and African-American populations, but will serve other eligible clients in South King County.

Also provides rental and housing assistance, family caregiver support, and HIV/Hep C/substance abuse prevention, counseling, testing and treatment.
