Wellness Center offered by Gay City at Club Z
Provides anonymous and confidential HIV/STI testing six days per week. Testing includes Rapid HIV Testing (finger poke), HIV antibody testing, and screening for syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea and Hep C. For those unable to access Gay City’s in-person services, at-home testing is also offered throughout King County. Health advocates available to support clients through the testing experience, and to develop safe sexual health plans to help reduce risk of contracting HIV or other STIs. Health advocates can also help to determine if PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis medication) is right for you, and get free or reduced-fee access to the medication, whether insured or uninsured. Additionally offers enrollment in Washington Apple Health/Medicaid or other health insurance plans, with assistance from multilingual healthcare navigation counselors.

Application process
For HIV testing, call or visit website to schedule an appointment, or visit in person without an appointment. For PrEP or health insurance, visit website and sign up.
Eligibility
All LGBTQ+ identifying individuals, ages 14 and older, regardless of insurance status. For testing, we request a 21-day window period between your last possible exposure and the date of your appointment in order to maintain test accuracy.
