City of Seattle Stability Loan Program offered at HomeSight

Offers early intervention for homeowners facing foreclosure to save their home with rescue loans.  Rescue loan program offers qualified homeowners deferred loans of up to $30,000 to keep families in their homes and in their communities. Homeowners will be referred to HomeSight to be assessed for consideration for a loan through a participating HUD approved counseling agency and receive free foreclosure prevention counseling.
