Works with partner agencies to provide a variety of services to help members of the community with diverse needs gain self-sufficiency. Agencies located at the CSC are Peninsula Community Health Services Dental Clinic, Sound Works Job Center, Kitsap Community Resources, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Division of Aging and Long-Term Care, and Department of Social and Health Services. Free mental health services provided.

North Kitsap Fishline
NK Fishline is a Food Bank and Compressive Services Center that provides food and emergency services to people who live in the North Kitsap area. We are located at 19705 Viking Ave NW, Poulsbo, WA. The food bank serves Poulsbo, Suquamish and Keyport. We provide the following services: utilities, rent/mortgage/deposits, gasoline for doctor's appointments, firewood, showers, clothing, birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, school supplies, and weekend food bags for students, and other comprehensive services. We have a men's, women's and family safe park. We offer case management. Limited emergency services are available for North Kitsap residents who reside in Kingston, Bangor, Hansville, Indianola, and Port Gamble. We have a thrift shop called Second Seasons.
