Adult Day Care services offered at Cascade Park Active Day
Provides Adult Day programs that include two traditional programs, one memory care program, and one program for Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injury. Traditional programs offer morning, afternoon and full-day sessions which are designed to meet the functional and cognitive needs through an individually tailored plan of care. Memory Care is a program for adults with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) program focuses on caring for those with a traumatic or acquired brain injuries.
