Application process
When a caregiver contacts the network, a caregiver specialist conducts an interview to better understand the caregiver’s current caregiving situation, sources of stress, and stress level. The interview can be completed by phone. Alternatively, caregivers can download and print a Personal Caregiver Survey and contact a caregiver specialist to discuss next steps. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.

The King County Caregiver Network comprises service providers who receive funding from the Area Agency on Aging for Seattle-King County to provide community-based support.
