Member Services Line -  Helps members locate primary care doctors and pharmacies in their area that are covered by their managed care plan. -  Helps members change to a different primary care doctor within the United Healthcare network. -  Explains what services are covered under a member's plan. -  Lists what prescriptions are covered under a member's plan.   -  Offers information about disease management support and education services. -  Helps members file a grievance or an appeal against a doctor or decision made by the managed care plan.   -  Replaces a lost or stolen ID card.    Nurses Line   -  Answers health-related questions. -  Can help reach a doctor after-hours or set up an urgent care appointment.

Eligibility

Members of a United Healthcare managed care plan. Washington state residents who are at or below 138% of the Federal Poverty Level may be eligible for this plan if they are not eligible for Medicare. For residents of Clallam, Klickitat and Skamania, enrollment in managed care is not mandatory.
