Anyone that has been displaced by the Russia-Ukraine war in 2022 and are now residing in Snohomish County.

VOAWW Housing Services was established in July 2021. Currently, there are over 80 employees primarily focusing on the following programs: Treasury Rental Assistance, Rehoming and Retention Rapid Rehousing, Refugee Resettlement Rapid Rehousing, State Afghan Placement and Assistance, Washington 2-1-1, and Maud’s House shelter for women and children.
