- HIV/AIDS diagnosis - Income at or below 300% Federal Poverty Level - Currently in need of additional mental health and/or substance abuse support - Support with sustaining mental health or substance abuse treatment - Currently housed, but struggling to maintain housing - Assistance with linkage to care

Cascade Aids Project

Provides support, education, counseling and information to individuals living with HIV or AIDS, their family members, and the general community. Provides free HIV testing and assists with housing for HIV/AIDS affected individuals and their families.
