Application process

Call to see if the manufacturing defect fits into program parameters. Consumer will need to collect: - The vehicle owner’s name and address - The vehicle identification number of the vehicle - The make, model and year of the vehicle- A description of the problem with the vehicle - The vehicle's current mileage

Eligibility

Those who have a vehicle complaint that falls under Washington's lemon law: Must be a new motor vehicle that: - Is primarily designed for the transportation of persons or property over the public highways - Was originally purchased or leased at retail from a new motor vehicle dealer or leasing company in Washington - Was initially registered in Washington, or for which a temporary license was issued to a nonresident member of the U.
